Rock Camp 2012- March Break and Summer

Ages 13 and up

MONDAY-FRIDAY

In this 5 day camp students will learn all about being in a REAL rock band with real goals and situations. The valuable lessons learned include:

Team building exercises
Leadership skills
Listening skills
A solid Practice routine as a band
4 songs in 4 days
How to meet deadlines
How to get gigs

Bands are no more than 4 memebers and everyone gets a chance to be a leader. This camp is for players who are beyond the basics of their instrument and who can handle learning new songs at a fast pace! Knowing how to play a few songs is a definite asset. This camp is designed give confidence and skills to any player to be in a successful band....while having fun at the same time! Guitarist, bassist, drummers and vocalist are all welcome

Musical Fingers Musical Toes

Ages 4-8

MONDAY-FRIDAY 9:30am-12pm

Make, Play and Learn musical instruments, both indoors and out! Your child will absorb musical concepts and gain exposure to a variety of genres and instruments. Their musical adventure will include Music in the Park at Sherwood Park, arts and crafts, songs, stories and games. Let us help your child find their inner musician.
