Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
Since 2009, Footprints Music has offered music lessons for kids and adults. Our success is related to the amazing instructors on staff. They are hard-working, dedicated teachers who only want the best results for their students. We believe in a relaxed, but a success-based approach to lessons and learning. Every student is different.
Owner, guitarist nerd and teacher, Alex found his calling as a teacher in the early 2000s. His patience and drive to spread the joy of music are what motivate him. He think everyone should take music!
Rachael is the creative force behind-the-scenes. Her managerial and Yoga teacher backgrounds centre the values of Footprints Music.

Jonathan grew up in a Toronto home surrounded by music. From a mother and father who danced and sang in a house full of song and classical guitar lessons from the age of nine, to flute in high school concerts and show bands and playing live music as a solo performer as well as in many different bands, to a lifelong hobby of learning stringed instruments from around the world, his love for music continues to grow. Jonathan eventually moved to Japan and began using music extensively in children’s English classes that he taught there. He has since relocated with his family to the GTA and enjoys teaching music lessons and meeting families here too!
